This is their marriage certificate from 1909 in Sykeston, ND. Joe came over from Austria/Hungary in about 1905 with his parents and sister, Amelia was the first of her family to be born in the United States in 1886 in South Dakota. The Fuhrman’s settled in North Dakota, while the Loos’ were in South Dakota. I am unsure how this all came about other then the families knew each other from the old country.
