MaryJo Weber
Funeral services for MaryJo Weber, 51, Lisbon, ND were held
on Saturday October 21, 2000 at St. Aloysius Catholic Church,
Lisbon, ND. The Very Rev. C.F. Wilhelm officiated. Mrs. Weber
died Thursday, October 19, 2000 at Lisbon Medical Center,
Lisbon, ND.
Mary Jo Weber, daughter of Carl and Regina (Schmidt)
Friedrich was born on August 12, 1949 in Parkston, SD. She
attended school in Parkston, SD where she graduated from high
school. She then attended Souther State Teachers College in
Springfield, SD. She received her Masters degree from Moorhead
State University.
On August 12 1970, she married Clifford Weber, in Parkston,
SD. Cliff and Mary Jo lived in Canby, MN for two years, where
Mary Jo taught fourth grade. They moved to Lisbon in
November of 1972. She was a member of the altar Society, St.
Aloysius Parish Council, and Lisbon Education association. She
had been a Cub Scout Den Mother and a Girl Scout Leader.
She is survived by one son, Nicholas (Sarah), Valley City, ND;
and two daughters, Katherine and Jennifer, both of Lisbon, ND;
one brother, William (Sharon), Fairbault, MN; three sisters
Patricia (Harold) Sykora, Rapid City, SD, JoAnn Friedrich,
Las Vegas, NV, and Cynthia (Charles) Hergott, Shakopee, MN.
Pallbearers were Michael Studelska, Kyle Weber, Thomas
McCann, Robert McCann, Joe Brown and Jeremy Erdman.
Music was provided by organist Carol McCann and soloist
Allen Remily.
Interment at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Lisbon, ND.
Armstrong Funeral home, Lisbon, ND, was in charge of
arrangements
