Mrs. Catherine Heinz, 68, Wife
of John Heinz, a native and long
a resident of this county, died
April 4 at her home at Dimlook,
S.D.
Catherine Eshuber was born at
Borden, September 30, 1853, and
was married at Clarstontown to
her surviving husband May 2,
1871. They moved from there
in 1906 to a farm near Ethan, S.
D. Last May they celebrated
their golden wedding at the lhome
of their son, Fred Heinz Lawton
0kla.
Besides her husband there sur-
vive five children - Mrs. Frances
Baumgart, Dimock, S. D.; Fred
Heinz, Lawton, Okla.; Joe Heinz,
Texico, N. M. ; Mrs. Peter Breok
Cottonwood, S. D.; Val. Heinz,
Ethan, S. D. There are also
sixteen grandchildren. The fun-
eral was held at St. Peter and
Paul church at Dimock.
