This is Katherine (Katie Fuhrman) Sommer's Grand Mother Born in Austria/Hungary (depended on what war was going on) on July 22 1864. She is buried in Parkston near her son Joseph (Joe) with her husband Lawrence. She passed on December 16, 1925.I find it so fitting that it is all in German, as her son Joe, I knew as a kid, would rarely speak English. Even in the 1970's!
Came to me from Sister Laverne through Norma (Beihl) Sommer. It is quite a gem for sure. I was so excited to have it. This is why it is the first Funeral Card I will post!! Note: I also have the family photo of Lawrence and Magdalena post also.
