This was a mess for me for some time. This is actually his third wife, the first being Magdalena Heiling passed away before coming to the United States. His second wife was Katharina Tischler, and she passed away shortly after settling in South Dakota in 1881. This was her second marriage. She is buried right next to Andreas with a separate headstone (included here). Third and last was Theresia Thuringer, also her second marriage.
